Michael Jackson's Wonderland...

Updated: Nov 3, 2018

Casino developer Gary Primm’s compound in Las Vegas, the 10-acre Primm Ranch, has amenities such as a golf driving range, gas station, beauty saloon and equestrian facilities.

The 21,000-square foot Mediterranean style property, which includes 12 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, is on Tomiyasu Lane near Wayne Newton’s estate. In 2009, Michael Jackson planned to purchase Primm Ranch, but died before he could make an offer.

The main residence includes: trophy room with wet bar, multi-floor elevator access, a gym, screening room with a purified air system, a 5,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, and a casino game room with a full-sized bar, fireplace, pool table and lounging area.

The luxury carries to the outside. The pool has water slides, caves and waterfalls that conceal a large grotto bar and guest suite.

Other highlights of the property:

• Underground tunnels and hidden interior passes, some leading to a soundproofed shooting range.

• A 2,000-square foot, 20-car showroom, which includes a car wash and power-lifts for on-site vehicle maintenance.

• A 3,000-square foot separate guest villa and 1,500-square foot staff quarters.

• Dancing water fountains and mature landscaping — palm and fruit trees, and grapevine — welcome you to the property. It has two irrigation wells.
